Purposes and legal grounds
- Contact and responses: to handle your enquiry and schedule an introductory meeting, based on your request and our legitimate interest in business communication.
- Quotations and performance: to prepare and carry out agreed arrangements, as necessary for a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract.
- Administration and invoicing: to provide services, process payments and meet tax obligations, based on our agreement and legal obligations.

We do not use personal data for solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects for you.
Who may we share data with?
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only where necessary for the agreed services, secure IT support or compliance with a legal obligation.

Where required, data processing agreements are concluded with processors. Data is transferred outside the European Economic Area only where there is a valid basis under the GDPR and appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long do we keep data?
We do not retain data for longer than necessary. The applicable period depends on the purpose, ongoing arrangements, potential claims and statutory retention duties.
- General enquiries that do not lead to further contact: no more than 12 months after the last substantive contact.
- Quotations that do not lead to an agreement: no more than 24 months, unless deletion is requested sooner and no exception applies.
- Contract and case-file data: throughout the working relationship and afterwards for as long as required for legal obligations or potential claims.
- Core tax administration records: generally 7 years; a 10-year period may apply to certain records relating to immovable property.
